진정한 친구

진정한 친구는,
우리가 절망과 혼란에 빠져있을 때
조용히 함께 있어주고,
슬픔과 사별의 시간을 함께하며,
애써 알려고 하거나 치료해 주려고 하지 않고,
우리의 무력한 현실을 함께 직시한다.

The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion,
who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement,
who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness,
that is a friend who cares.
