약속과 함께 서기

In the midst of an ever-changing world,
the good news is that the life of faith is anchored by the power, provisions, and promises of God. 

Circumstances may change, but the future is as sure as the character of God himself. 
No matter what happens, those who trust in God hope in his word.

흔히들 이 시대가 불확실성의 시대라고 말한다.
하지만, 우리에게 한 가지 확실한 것은,
그 분의 약속에는 변함이 없다는 것,
그리고 그 분은 말씀대로 우리의 미래를 준비하고 계시다는 것.
그래서 우리에게 미래는 예측할 수 없는 불안의 요소가 아니라,
우리가 믿는 것을 확인하는 흥미진진한 시간이다.

As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth:  It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55: 10, 11)
